Easy homemade cream of chicken soup is made with chicken broth, milk, flour, and salt to taste. Use this healthy homemade option over store bought.
- 1/2 Cup Chicken broth
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 2-4 Tablespoons Flour
- Salt to taste
Combine broth, milk, 2 tablespoons flour, and salt in a small saucepan and bring to a boil; whisking continually.
Remove from heat when reached to desired thickness. If not thick enough, add remaining 2 tablespoons of flour.
