Chicken Taco Chili – A tasty recipe for the slow cooker.
This creamy corn dish will leave you lickin' your lips it's so sweet and yummy! It's perfect for Thanksgiving side or any time of year.
Tip: Since this recipe does take some preparation, I cook the meat, chop the onion and the potatoes the night before. I put the potatoes in water so they don't get brown.
- 3 Cans Minestrone soup
- 1 Can Ranch style beans
- 1 Can Rotel
- 1 Can Whole kernel corn
- 1 1/2 Pounds Ground beef (cooked and drained)
- 3 Potatoes cubed
- 1 Onion chopped
Cook in slow cooker on low for 10 hours.
