Cowboy Pork Chops & Potatoes
Note: this can be done with hamburger also in place of pork chops. 2lb browned & drained.
- 4 Large raw Potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 4-6 Boneless Pork Chops
- 1 Can Large Can Wolf Brand Chili
- 1 large Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Mix chili, soup, and 1 cup water together
Layer: start with potatoes, spoon chili mixture on top of potatoes, then pork chops, top with chili (if you choose add 1/2 c. each of onion & celery between layers).
Turn slow cooker on low for 6 hours.
Serve with sprinkled cheddar cheese if you want when done.
