  1. You can throw them in frozen…just crock them an hour or so longer! Check the internal temp and make sure it’s at least 160 degrees.

  2. Courtney Jones

Are the pork chops frozen when put in the crock?

  3. Jillian McFarland

I couldn’t find a “large” can of chili so I used two of the 15oz cans and also used the family size cream of mushroom. Is that correct?

  4. Lynn, Wolf brand Chili is like Hormel. You can get it in any variety you like…Beef, Turkey, w/ beans, w/out beans…it is just your preference. We Texas gals love the Wolf brand but really your favorite can of chili will work.

  5. Lynn Ryan

I am not familier with Wolf brand chili – is that a meatless chili or contain beef or chicken?

Just made this recipe tonight. My family loved it! My mom happened to be at our house and she stayed for dinner. She immediately wanted the recipe. My 8yr old son who said he hates chili went back for thirds. My husband said the only thing missing was cornbread. Will definately make again, with a side of cornbread.
