Used 6-quart slow cooker
Spaghetti Corn – Spaghetti corn is great in the slow cooker
Country Scalloped Potatoes and Ham – easy to cook in slow sooker
- 8 potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 Pounds fully cooked ham cubed
- 1 Package dry country style gravy mix
- 1 Can cream of mushroom
- 2 Cups water
- 2 Cups shredded cheese
Combine potatoes, onion, and ham in lightly greased slow cooker.
Combine gravy mix, mushroom soup, and water.
Whisk until combined.
Pour over potatoes.
Cook on low for 7-8 hrs. or high 3-4.
Top with cheese during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
