I tried to make the Beer Butt Chicken but you couldn't taste the seasoning all the way through the meat. This recipe you can taste it throughout! Play with it and see what else you can do with it!
- 2 Chicken breasts
- Olive oil
- Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
- Corona beer
Rinse breasts. Coat well with olive oil.
Cover with Tony's spice so that it's a nice orange color.
Place in slow cooker. Add 1/4 cup beer for every 2 breasts (or more if you like!).
Cut or dice onion and scatter on top of chicken.
Cook on low for 4 hours.
