This is a favorite anytime of year, we use it as a simple side during grilling season and have added to our holiday menu.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups uncooked rotini noodles (16 ounce box)
  • 2 Cans Whole Kernel Corn
  • 2 Cans Creamed Corn
  • 16 Ounces Velveeta Cheese, cubed
  • 1 Cup butter, not margarine (2 sticks)
  • 8 Slices of thick cut smoked bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions

  1. Step One

    Place all ingredients in crock in order given.

  2. Step Two

    Cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.

  3. Step Three

    Turn slow cooker to warm until ready to serve. When ready to serve add crumbled bacon.

    YUM!!! Just needed to add some salt & pepper since I used No Salt Added corn. This was easily halved as well for the same cook time.
