Chili Cheese Dogs – A delicous spin on the American classic
Serve over Fritos and top with sour cream and shredded cheese for a yummy “Frito Pie.” :-)
We’re crazy for these diner-style sandwiches, which get an extra punch of crunch from toasted buns and onion rings.
Used 6-quart slow cooker
Add a little kick to your next party! I've been told this spicy queso taste a lot like the skillet queso you get at Chili's. It's delish!
- 32 Ounce Block of Velveeta Cheese
- 1 Package Taco Seasoning
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom
- 1 Can Rotel
- 1 Can Chili, no beans
Dump everything EXCEPT for the cheese into your slow cooker.
Mix together well.
Cut up the cheese into 2" cubes and add to the slow cooker with everything else.
Mix well again.
Heat on LOW for 1-2 hours or until cheese is melted.
>>>If you like yours extra spicy, chop up a handful of sliced jalapenos and add at the beginning! ENJOY!
