Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Ground beef
  • 48 Ounces Diced tomatoes
  • 1 Can Kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 Can Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 Tablespoons Chili powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 Salt

Directions

  1. Step One

    Brown beef in skillet. drain off fat.

  2. Step Two

    Mix everything together in crock and cook for 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on LOW
