Slow Cooked Raspberry Fudgey Brownies – Very delicious dessert for the whole family!
There is nothing quite like a warm cup of hot chocolate. Make this rich and delicious recipe in your slow cooker and keep it warm all evening long.
So moist and chocolately, once you taste these little gems, you'll never bake brownies in the oven again!
Used 6-quart slow cooker
A huge hit at any gathering and super easy to make. I use a very small slow cooker I think it's 1 quart size for this.
- Chocolate (can use chips, milk or dark just as long as real chocolate)
- Heavy cream about halfway up the chocolate
Place chips in a small slow cooker on low or warm.
Add heavy cream about halfway up the chocolate.
Allow chocolate to melt (it will look strange until it's fully melted and mixed - then it will be smooth and glossy and gorgeous).
Once cream is mixed into the chocolate, keep adding cream and stirring until you reach your desired consistency (not too thick - not too thin).
You can also add liqueur (Malibu rum, Grand Marnier, cognac, Kahlua, Frangelico - whatever you like). Add to the desired effect. (Add this after adding cream.)
Serve with chunks of fruit, pretzels, potato chips, marshmallows, cake, etc.... Enjoy!
