A wonderful Mexican dish that I have converted to the crockpot.
Chili Cheese Dogs – A delicous spin on the American classic
- 8-16 Hot Dogs
- 1 Can Chili with Meat
- 1 Can Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1 Can Black Beans, drained
- 4 Ounces Green Chiles, diced
- 1 Onion, diced
Place hot dogs in slow cooker.
Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over hot dogs.
Cook on LOW for 2 to 3 hours, or until hot.
Place hot dogs in buns and top with chili mixture, and any toppings of choice, such as diced onion, diced tomato, shredded cheese, etc.
