- 6 Chicken Breasts
- 1 Jar Organic Salsa
- 1 Can Organic Black Beans
- 1 Juice from Lime
Directions

Step One
Put chicken in slow cooker

Step Two
Add salsa and black beans

Step Three
Cook on low 6-8 hours

Step Four
Either shred the chicken and serve on organic corn tortillas with whole grain rice and avocado
Or eat whole breast with whole grain rice and avocado

This turned out great. Once I shredded the chicken, I served over brown rice. Yummy. quick and easy. I used a little chili powder to add a little flavor. I didn’t have a lime.
