Chicken with Mushrooms
This twist on traditional chicken soup will make everyone happy!

I LOVE Chicken Tortilla Soup. It is my favorite soup ever and I just had to come up with my own recipe for it! I loved the idea of not cooking the chicken...
Serve this over rice or pasta with a salad or veggie. Delicious!
- 1.5 Pounds Skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 1 (10 oz) Can Cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Cup Sliced portabella mushrooms
Put chicken in first, then combine the soup and mushrooms, next pour over chicken.
Cook on high one hour and then low for 4-6 hours.
