This is an easy soup I put together on impulse. It has become a family favorite!!
Ingredients
- 5 or 6 Whole Chicken Thighs
- 2 Cups Peeled carrot chunks
- 28 to 32 Ounces Chicken broth
- 1 Can Peas (drained)
- 12 Ounces Frozen Cheese Tortellinis
Directions

Step One
Put chicken thighs,carrots and 2 cups chicken broth in slow cooker.

Step Two
cook on LOW for 6 hours.

Step Three
Cut chicken into pieces.

Step Four
Add peas and the rest of the chicken broth.

Step Five
Cook on LOW for another hour.

Step Six
Enjoy!!

I read other sites and the tortellini says to put in last 20 minutes on high….I did 30 minutes and it was yummy!
