Chicken Nacho Bake

Chicken Nacho Bake – recipe made in slow cooker

Cook Time 6 hrs
Temp Low
Yield Serves 8 Servings

1 2 1/2 to 3 lbs of Boneless Chicken Breast 1 Can of Cream Soup (I use Cream of Chicken) 12 ounces of Salsa (I use Mild) 1 pkg. of Taco Seasoning Mix 1 to 1 1/2 C. of cooked White Rice Mix first 4 items in 5 quart crockpot cook 6 to 8 hours... [Read More]

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 to 3 lbs of Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 1 Can of Cream Soup (I use Cream of Chicken)
  • 12 ounces of Salsa (I use Mild)
  • 1 pkg. of Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 to 1 1/2 C. of cooked White Rice

Directions

  1. Step One

    Mix first 4 items in 5 quart slow cooker.

  2. Step Two

    cook 6 to 8 hours on LOW or 3 to 4 hours on HIGH.

  3. Step Three

    When cooked remove chicken and pull apart add back to sauce with cooked rice mix and serve on warmed flour tortilla's and top w/shredded cheese.
