Nothing says delicious more than a Philly cheesesteak and it’s even better when you don’t have to do a bunch of cooking! With this simple, but scrumptious recipe you will have the whole family asking for seconds.

Chicken Philly Cheesesteak

4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 large onion, sliced thinly
2 large bell peppers, sliced thinly
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon season all
1 packet dry Italian dressing mix
Sliced mozzarella cheese
Sliced provolone cheese
6-8 hoagie buns

Place chicken, onion, peppers, Worcestershire sauce, season all, and Italian dressing mix in the slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 4 hours. When the chicken is cooked through and tender, shred. Place on bun and top with cheese. Enjoy!


Oreo Mummies

1 package of regular or double stuffed oreos
1 block of vanilla almond bark or candy coating
Edible eyes
Popsicle sticks
Wax paper
Quart size baggie

Place almond bark in the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 1 hour or until melted. Place a sheet of wax paper on a platter. Gently pull oreos apart. Dip the popsicle stick in the chocolate and place in the center of the oreo. Put the oreo back together with the popsicle stick in the middle of the oreo. Repeat for as many oreos as you would like. Place platter in the fridge and let popsicle sticks set. Once chocolate has hardened, dip the stick oreos into the melted chocolate and place on the platter. Add a pair of eyes per oreo. Repeat, until all oreos are dipped. Add remaining chocolate to a baggie and cut a very small hole in the tip of the baggie. Pipe lines back & forth on the oreos, “mummifying” them. If you have any leftover chocolate, you can always make chocolate covered strawberries or pretzels. *Make as much or little as you want. These are really fun for kids.


Monster Munch

Kettle corn, popped
1 ½ cups salted peanuts
4 large handfuls pretzels
1 cup candy corn
½ cup Halloween candy pieces
1 block vanilla almond bark or candy coating
Wax paper

Place almond bark in the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 1 hour or until melted. In a large bowl, combine all the goodies and mix well. Once candy coating is melted, drizzle over the popcorn mixture. Stir well. Pour onto wax paper and let set. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
