Chicken Noodle Soup – A tasty recipe for the slow cooker.

  • 1 Whole Chicken
  • Lawry's salt and garlic salt to taste
  • 1 Onion, minced
  • Water
  • Spaghetti noodles

  1. Step One

Clean out a whole chicken and rinse it.

  2. Step Two

Season well with Lawry's Salt Garlic Salt and minced onions.

  3. Step Three

Add water to cover 1/2 way.

  4. Step Four

Let cook for 4-5 hours on high or 8 hours on low. You will have to be creative getting it out of the slow cooker because it is so tender.
    Strain the broth and keep.

  5. Step Five

Make some spaghetti noodles, drain them. Add to the broth.

  6. Step Six

Chop the chicken up and put into mixture.

  7. Step Seven

There, you have some chicken noodle soup! Sometimes I need a large container or 2 for chicken broth as well. Just go by sight.

Thanks for posting this. Ive been on the hunt for a simple crockin recipe. I used all organic and natural ingredients, I even used baby carrots and put those at the bottom then everything else on top. Cant wait til this is done. Ive been sick and the only thing I want is soup.

You could, Stacy. I would just add it at the very end so it doesn’t get mushy.
