- 3 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Package Chili season
- 1 Can Rotel
- 2 (6 oz) Cans Tomato sauce
- 1 Can Corn, drained
- 1 Can Chili beans
In a slow cooker mix chili season, rotel, and tomato sauce.
Add chicken. Cook 8 hours on low.
Shred chicken with a fork. If it has cooked long enough it will just fall apart.
Add remaining ingredients. Cook 30 minutes to warm.
Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, Frito's or cornbread.
