Easy and delicious beef stew recipe for the slow cooker
This is my go to meal for a large crowd--it is always a great hit with tail gaters, family reunions, and church groups.

Chicken and Dumplings – A delicious and simple recipe for the slow cooker
- 4-5 skinless, boneless thawed chicken breast halves
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 3 Cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 2 Packages refrigerated biscuit dough, torn into pieces
Combine the chicken, butter, soup, and onion in a slow cooker. Fill with enough water to cover chicken.
Cover and cook for 5 to 6 hours on High.
About 30 minutes before serving, place the torn biscuit dough in the slow cooker.
Cook until the dough is no longer raw in the center.
