This is an easy Asian dish, quick in the crock!
Mashed potatoes with carrots and cheese
- 12 whole potatoes
- 1 small Can carrots (drained and rinsed)
- 1 Package longhorn grated cheese
- 1 Cup milk
- 2 Tablespoons butter
Cut, peal and boil potatoes until soft.
In a large bowl combine potatoes, drained carrots, 2 Tbs of butter and 1 cup of milk. Mash ingredients with a potato masher and add salt and pepper to taste
Add half of the potato mixture to your slow cooker and cover with half the cheese.
Add the rest of the potato mixture and cover with the remaining cheese.
Cook on low for 2 1/2 hours.
