- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 Package (8.5 ounce) Jiffy Corn Bread
- 1 Can white corn, drained
- 1 Cups sour cream
- 1/2 Cups melted butter
- 2 Cups cheddar shredded cheese, divided
Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray.
Combine slightly beaten eggs, corn bread, corn, sour cream, melted butter, and 1 cup of cheese in a medium bowl.
Pour mixture into slow cooker; smooth.
Cook on low for 3 hours.
Replace lid and let the cheese melt for approximately 5 minutes.
