Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 Package (8.5 ounce) Jiffy Corn Bread
  • 1 Can white corn, drained
  • 1 Cups sour cream
  • 1/2 Cups melted butter
  • 2 Cups cheddar shredded cheese, divided

Directions

  1. Step One

    Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray.

  2. Step Two

    Combine slightly beaten eggs, corn bread, corn, sour cream, melted butter, and 1 cup of cheese in a medium bowl.

  3. Step Three

    Pour mixture into slow cooker; smooth.

  4. Step Four

    Cook on low for 3 hours.

  5. Step Five

    Replace lid and let the cheese melt for approximately 5 minutes.
