Wow-this is my first recipe after a friend told me about this wonderful site. I followed it, except I left out the extra salt and garlic salt/powder. My husband has to watch his sodium and the soups are high enough. I did add 1 teaspoon fresh, minced garlic. It was FANTASTIC and easy. I had extra cooked angel hair from the night before and served it over that. I took another cheesy chicken for lunch and just ate that. I am so thankful for this recipe and this site. I was worried about no liquid, I used frozen chicken and it had plenty of liquid with the soups. ENJOY!

I am going to put this in later today. I wanted to add some green to mine. If anyone has made this before, I would love your advice. I was going to add some steamed broccoli at the end…. stir it up and then put in small freezer containers so I can pull out for dinner or take for lunch and heat up at work. It is just me at home but I have found making stuff in the crock pot and putting in freezer containers has made me eat me “at home” and that has been great!

Hey Shasta! I think if you used frozen chicken ternderloins your cook time isn’t going to change much. Tenderloins usually cook faster since they’re smaller, but since they’re frozen it will probably be a wash.

Has anyone tried making this with frozen boneless skinless chicken tenders? Would the cook time be the same? And did it turn out as good with tenders? Thanks!

No milk, Niki…just the cans of soup, chicken and seasonings. How easy is that?!! Happy Crockin’ y’all!

Do you add milk or just the 3 cans of soup?

We do, Patti. Just make sure your chicken reaches an internal temp of 165 degrees with a meat thermometer.
