Has anyone ever heard of putting a whole can of condensed milk (still in the can non-open) and put water to cover it, and let it cook on 6-8 hours until it makes a whole can of CARAMEL?

Through the process you have to keep ading water to the crock pot to keep the can emersed in water. My son told me about this.
