Meat and Cheese Mexican Dip - Delicous recipe made with a slow cooker
Hamburger meat cooked/drained, Onion fried/drained, Lima beans, Blackeyed peas, Red beans, Pork n' beans, Vinegar, Meduim can tomatoe sauce, and Brown sugar
Cajun Cabbage – A delicious recipe for the slow cooker
- 1 Cabbage, one head, chopped (not too small)
- 1 Pound Ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 Pound Ground sausage, browned and drained.
- 1 Large onion chopped
- 1 Can Diced tomatoes
- 1 Can Rotel
- 2 Cups Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Layer in slow cooker cabbage, ground beef, ground sausage, onion, diced tomatoes, and Rotel.
Cook for 4 hours on low or until cabbage is tender; then stir ingredients together and sprinkle shredded cheese over top.
Replace lid and continue cooking until the cheese has melted.
Serve with piping hot cornbread.
