Great for a lunch by the pool, a picnic in the woods, or a light summer meal. Don't forget to try as a dip too!
Super easy to make and so delicious! All it takes is ramen noodles, shredded cabbage, almonds, white wine vinegar, and sugar.
Tasty Vermicelli Salad
Broccoli Salad for easy summer sides
- 1 bunch of broccoli
- 1/4-1/2 package of grapes
- 1 Package slivered almonds
- 1-1 1/2 Cups Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
Rinse broccoli, cut into small florets, and place into a bowl.
Rinse grapes and slice in half.
Toast the slivered almonds in a small toaster or the oven, and combine with the broccoli and grapes.
Add the mayonaise and stir until well coated.
Add enough mayonaise to your desired consistency. We like ours just enough to coat the broccoli.
Refrigerate and serve cold. This is perfect to accompany barbecue chicken sliders or barbecue beef sandwiches.
