Yay, Cassie! Glad to hear it was a hit with your family…I guess you figured out the “stirring occasionally” instructions! I’d say once every hour or 1 1/2 hours would be fine.

Loved it! Turned out amazing….made it like a soup, shredded the chicken, added fresh broccoli and cheddar cheese towards the end. Served with dinner rolls. We’ve been fighting my 2 year old to eat his veggies the last month (like he turned 2 and eating anything healthy was out of the question for this little boy, I think he’s gone to bed hungry a few times because I refuse to make him a different meal…and at the drs today he had gained a pound…so its not hurting him!), He ate it all, little scrapes of chicken…and no broccoli left over! Thank you! This will go into my circulation of recipes I use often!

for stirring occasionally…how often should I stir…I know it seems like a silly question but I really have no desire to screw this up….think I may also shred the chicken, and add some fresh broccoli, and serve it as a soup with dinner rolls, hope my 2 year old will eat it!

made this for my family the other night. It turned out GREAT! We added some extra milk, and shredded the chicken (used thighs cause I didn’t have any breast) when it was all done we made our own bread bowl and added some cheese… and ate it like soup it was GREAT! I like the idea of adding frozen broccoli!

I only had 1 can of cheese broccoli soup, used extra milk. Near the end added frozen broccoli and shredded cheese. Worked out just fine.

You do have to be careful with milk. Make sure you stir occasionally during the cooking process.

I thought milk would curdle in a crock pot.

This was amazing! I made this for dinner wed night. HUGE hit in my house. I cooked the noodles with my chicken and added real bacon bits with the soup and poured it over the top. Super awesome!

I decided to try this tonight for supper, but I only had frozen chicken breast. I used them anyway, worked out perfectly! I was so easy! I served it with 90seconds uncle bens rice, yum… And easy cleanup! Thanks ladies!!

My kids loved this! The only thing I did differently was mix the mix with the soup before pouring over the chicken. Served this over rice with a side of cheesy broccoli. Delish!
