You can serve this as a slow cooking chicken recipe as a dip or as taco filling!
- 4 frozen chicken breasts
- 1 Can black beans, drained
- 1 Can corn, drained
- 1 (24 oz) Jar Salsa (Pick your heat preference!)
- 8 Ounces cream cheese
â€¨Put all ingredients in the slow cooker, except for the cream
Cover and cook on LOW for 6â€“8 hours.
About 30 minutes before you are ready to eat, stir to break up chicken and add in the block of cream cheese.
Cook long enough for the cream cheese to be melted and mixed in.
Serve over 3 cups rice, if desired.
