Ingredients

  • 1 bone-in spiral cut ham, precooked
  • 1 dark beer
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 heaping tablespoon mustard

Directions

  1. Step One

    Place ham in the bottom of the slow cooker.

  2. Step Two

    In a medium mixing bowl add beer, brown sugar, then mustard. Whisk until combined

  3. Step Three

    Pour directly over the ham. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.

    Did not like this at all – was more of a juice than a glaze and the taste wasn’t good. Not a winner with my family. :-(

    Thia was yummy. Never thought to do a ham in the crockpot!(I have a large Oval 61/2 qt crockpot) Ham was about 10 lbs. Since crockpot brand cookers cook hotter- I pulled it off an hour less recommended and it was perfect! Now I’m looking for recipes that use leftover ham. Can anybody help?
