Mashed potatoes with carrots and cheese
Beef Stew – A delicious and easy to make recipe for the slow cooker
- 2 Pounds stew beef
- 1 Package mini baby carrots
- 8 red skinned potatoes (quartered)
- 4 celery stalks cut in pieces
- 1/2 red onion
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 Package beef stew flavor
- 1 and 1/2 Cups water
- 1/2 Cups milk
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Serve with Texas toast, over noodles or on its own.
