Slow Cooked Roast – A delicious recipe for the slow cooker
A wonderful Mexican dish that I have converted to the crockpot.
Have plenty of napkins on hand to catch the drips from these lip-smackin’ slow cooker rib delights.
Used 6-quart slow cooker
Easy and delicious beef stew recipe for the slow cooker
- 2-3 Pounds cubed roast beef
- 1 small bag diced onions
- 1 Can peas drained
- 1 small bag sliced carrots
- 5-6 small red potatoes cut in half
- 1 box of McCormickâ€™s Brown Gravy (follow directions with 2 cups water per package
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
