Easy and delicious beef stew recipe for the slow cooker

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Pounds cubed roast beef
  • 1 small bag diced onions
  • 1 Can peas drained
  • 1 small bag sliced carrots
  • 5-6 small red potatoes cut in half
  • 1 box of McCormick’s Brown Gravy (follow directions with 2 cups water per package

Directions

  1. Step One

    Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.

  2. Step Two

    Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.

    This was super delicious!! I was on a time crunch when I made this so I took a few shortcuts. I left the onions out and used a pkg of onion soup mix instead. I also used Heinz beef gravy (3 jars) and added garden fresh green beans and seasoned to taste. It got rave reviews from my husband!!
