Beef Roast – easy and delicious recipe for beef roast

Ingredients

  • 4-5 Pounds beef chuck roast
  • 1/3 Cup sherry cooking wine
  • 1 Package dry onion soup mix
  • 2 Cans cream of mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Step One

    Mix wine, soup mix and mushroom soup together in bowl

  2. Step Two

    Put roast in slow cooker and pour soup mixture over.

  3. Step Three

    Bake 7-8 hours on low.

  4. Step Four

    Use excess gravy for mashed potatoes if desired
