  • Brisket
  • 1 Can Coke
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Step One

    Mix together and cook on low for 8 hours.

  2. Step Two

    Pull apart (fall apart) brisket.

    This was one of my favorite recipes. Mine turned out so tender and there was lots of juice left in the crock that we soaked our biscuits in. The flavor was really great. My family licked the pot.

    It might be your crock, too Femme. Not all crocks can cook on low for 8 hours without drying out the meat. Some of the crocks cook hotter than they used to. I would check at the 6-7 hour mark the next time you make a brisket to see if it’s done :) Happy Crockin’!

    Made this last night and was not pleased with the outcome. It didn’t have much flavor and ended up quite dry. I won’t make it again, but will certainly try your other brisket recipes.
