- 3 Pound Chuck Roast or London Broil
- 28 Ounce Crushed Tomatoes
- 1/4 Cup Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 2 Whole Bay Leaves
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 5 Tablespoons Flour
- 1 Package Egg Noodles
Add chuck roast to slow cooker and dust with 3 tablespoons flour.
Add crushed tomatoes to slow cooker.
In a small bowl combine vinegar, lemon juice, and sugar. Stir well. Pour over beef.
Add bay leaves and salt.
Cover, cook on LOW for 7 hours.
In a small bowl, scoop 1 cup of juice from slow cooker and whisk together with two tablespoons of flour to make slurry. Pour mixture into slow cooker.
Cover, cook 1 more hour in slow cooker on High.
Serve over warm, cooked noodles. Enjoy!
