A wonderful Mexican dish that I have converted to the crockpot.
- 1 Pound hamburger meat cooked/drained
- 1 onion fried/drained
- 1 Can lima beans
- 1 Can blackeyed peas
- 1 Can red beans
- 1 Can pork n' beans
- 2 Tablespoons vinegar
- 1 Can meduim can tomatoe sauce
- 1/3 Cup brown sugar
Drain & Dry Ground Beef and onions
Mix with the rest of ingredients
Cook on HIGH for 3 hours
