BBQ Ribs – Delicious and simple to make ribs
- 3 Pounds pork loin, cut into serving sizes
- 2 Teaspoons minced onion
- 1 Teaspoons crushed red pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 Teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/2 Cups water
- 1 and 1/2 Cups barbeque sauce
Combine spices in a bowl and stir well.
Rub mixture on ribs.
In a slow cooker, place ribs in a stack, layering onions in between ribs. Pour water around ribs.
Cook on low 8-9 hours.
Remove ribs and drain liquid from the slow cooker.
Return ribs to slow cooker and cover with barbeque sauce thoroughly.
Cover, cook on low for 1 hour.
