BBQ Chicken Tacos – so tasty
- 4 Chicken breasts
- 1/2 Onion sliced as desired
- 1/4 to 1/2 Cup Water
- Favorite BBQ sauce
- Favorite tortillas (flour or corn, your choice)
- Favorite taco toppings
Put chicken, onion, and water in slow cooker and cook on low for 4 - 6 hrs or until done.
Drain juices and use a fork to shred the chicken.
Add BBQ sauce (as much or as little as you like) and mix.
Put chicken in heated tortillas and add your favorites (cheese, tomato, onion, cilantro, etc)
