I love that there’s only a few ingredients that I usually always have on hand and that you can use frozen or fresh chicken. My family loves this recipe, even the toddler.

I have been making BBQ chicken in the crock pot for years but i could never get them saucy enough. This recipe was loved by entire family including my son who would eat macaroni and cheese, pizza, or chicken nuggets everyday if i would let him. Messy but delicious!

This is so yummy. I am making this for about 30 people (kids and adults) tomorrow. I am going to use about 30 chicken breasts. Just wondering how long I need to cook it for on low. I have a very large crock pot that I am using.

I would still add the brown sugar with the honey BBQ sauce.
The bottle size is 18 oz.

Scott, you most certainly can…no problem. Take an hour off the cooking time and check to make sure it is done.
Scott C.
Can this be done with fresh chicken breasts? If so, how long to cook? Thanks!

I am pretty hard to please and just getting used to crock pot cooking, and I loved this! My whole family (three little boys) loved it too. We had enough for two nights.

This is one of my favorite recipes! It’s so easy, and sooo delicious. The chicken gets so tender it simply falls apart & the sauce is to die for. I used Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce….yummy!
