Wow! Loved coming home to done potatoes. I did 4 white and 2 sweet. Delish! I normally do sweet taters in large batches in the fall and freeze for later use. I love being able to do smaller batches in the crock. No more hauling out the roaster.

Soft and fluffy. Yum yum. I need to invest in another crock so I can crock an entire meal.

Will they still turn out good if I cook them on high? Would I just do 4 hours?

I made these tonight and all I can say is SUCCESS!!! Family of 4 and they were all happy with them, the kitchen was nice and cool yet the potatoes were nice and hot. I will be making these again and probably never making them in the oven or microwave again. Thanks!!!

This was great taters came out perfect!!!!!!. I did both white and sweet potatoes. if you do sweet potatoes WRAP THEM WELL. the liquid that seeps out of the potatoe leaves a sticky mess in the crock pot. I would wrap sweet potatoes with heavy duty foil twice. The white potatoes were fine with no leakage.

As long as they all fit in your crock, you should be good to go. Also, if you have an “I need an answer NOW” question, you may find better luck in getting a quick response on our FB wall. Even if we aren’t available to answer your question on there someone else will likely help you out. Sorry I’m just now seeing your question, girl. :/
