Applescotch Crisp – Tasty, slow cooked, dessert

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Cooking Apples, peeled and sliced
  • 2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Quick Cooking Oats
  • 3.5 oz Package Cook-n-Serve Butterscotch Pudding Mix
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup Cold Butter

Directions

  1. Step One

    Place apples in slow cooker.

  2. Step Two

    Combine remaining ingredients. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

  3. Step Three

    Sprinkle over apples.

  4. Step Four

    Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours.
