Ingredients

  • 1 apple, seeded and diced
  • 6 Ounces blackberries
  • 6 Ounces raspberries
  • 2 Cups steel cut oats
  • 1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon coconut palm sugar
  • 1 Cup honey
  • 2 Tablespoons agave nectar, light

Directions

  1. Step One

    Toss cut fruit and berries in a large bowl with the agave nectar

  2. Step Two

    In a separate bowl, mix oats, cinnamon, sugar, and honey together.

  3. Step Three

    .Place fruit mixture at the bottom of the slow cooker and spread oats on top.

  4. Step Four

    Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours. Serve chilled with your favorite ice cream or Greek yogurt.
