Shrimp Jambalaya – Great recipe for shrimp jambalaya

These smoked chops are delicious. The apples make the dish.


  • 6 or 8 Smoked Pork Chops
  • 1 1/2 Cups Apple Butter
  • 1 1/4 Teaspoons Quick cook Tapioca
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sage
  • 2 Large Red Apples Peeled and cored
  • 3 Cups Hot cooked Rice


  1. Step One

    Place smoked pork chops in crock

  2. Step Two

    In a small bowl combine apple butter, tapioca and sage. Pour over the chops.

  3. Step Three

    Place apples on top

  4. Step Four

    cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours

  5. Step Five

    serve over hot rice
