Chinese Pepper Steak – A tasty recipe for the slow cooker
Apple Butter Ribs – Delicous recipe made with a slow cooker
- 3-4 Pounds Pork Ribs
- 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Cup Onion, chopped
- 1 Cup Apple Butter
- 2 Cloves of Garlic, finely chopped
Rub salt and pepper on ribs.
Place in the slow cooker.
Cover with onions.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over onions.
Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours.
