Alpine Pork Chops – easy pork recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Alpine Touch (or mixture of ½ teaspoon of garlic salt, pinch of pepper, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon of salt)
  • 1 Can Sauerkraut
  • 1 Can Semi-Sweet Kernel Corn
  • 1-3 Red Potatoes (diced in 8 pieces)
  • 1-3 Pounds Pork chops (bone in or boneless)

Directions

  1. Step One

    Mix half of the seasonings and sour kraut and corn together in the crock pot.

  2. Step Two

    
Lay potatoes on top of them.

  3. Step Three

    Using the remainder of the seasoning sprinkle on the pork chops and lay them in last so the steam and flavors from the kraut, corn, and seasonings cook into the potatoes and pork chops.

  4. Step Four

    Set on HIGH for 3-5 hours or LOW 6 to 8 hours. Enjoy an entire meal.
