All day brisket
Chicken and Dumplings #2 – A delicious recipe for the slow cooker
A wonderful Mexican dish that I have converted to the crockpot.
A slightly spicy alternative to stuffed peppers. I combined a few ideas from other recipes and added a few of my own.
So what if it's raining have barbecue anyway with my wonderful smokey barbecued brisket. Use a second crock pot to make baked potatoes and add salad and it's the perfect meal.
- 1 Brisket or London broil
- 1 Whole Bottle Heinz chili sauce
- 1/4 Cup Liquid smoke
- 1 Whole Onion
Place beef into crock
Slice onion and place on top of beef.
Mix chili sauce and liquid smoke and pour over onions and beef. Cook 8 hours on low.
