Addictive! Queso - A delicious and easy to make recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 Package "Hot" Jimmy Dean Breakfast Sausage
  • 1/2 Package Velveeta cheese
  • 3 Cans Spicy rotel

Directions

  1. Step One

    Cook sausage in skillet.

  2. Step Two

    In slow cooker, cook velveeta cheese and spicy rotel.

  3. Step Three

    After sausage is cooked, drain it, and add it to the slow cooker.

  4. Step Four

    Stir and continue cooking on warm/low heat until well melted.

    Queso is a staple in our appetizer list around here!! We do the same thing as on here, except I tweaked mine a bit… to the recipe above, I added some fresh baby spinach and half a block of cream cheese…. TO DIE FOR! The recipe as is is awesome, but the cream cheese and spinach is truly to die for. (I’ve also been known to throw in left over rotisserie chicken or mushrooms… it’s a good base recipe to use what you have on hand!)
