3 Hour Chili – quick and easy recipe


  • 1-2 Pounds Browned Hamburger Meat
  • 1 Cup Cream of Celery Soup
  • 2 Cups Light Red Kidney Beans
  • 1 Cup Pinto Beans
  • 1 Cup Oregano Garlic Tomatoes
  • 1 Cup Onion Pepper Tomatoes
  • 1 Cup Tomato Sauce (can be left out)
  • 1 Pinch Chili Powder (to taste)
  • 1 Pinch Garlic Salt (to taste)
  • 1 Pinch Oregano (to taste)


  1. Step One

    Brown the Hamburger with Chili Powder

  2. Step Two

    Lightly drain most liquid out of beans and tomatoes

  3. Step Three

    Add a little more chili powder, oregano and garlic salt to taste

  4. Step Four

    Mix all ingredients together well

  5. Step Five

    Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 4-5 hours.

    I find you can do just about any regular chili recipe in the crock pot. Just add all the ingredients (even vegies) and cook on low for a few hours or more!

    This was so simple a d delicious. I used 2 lbs of meat and used a whole can for everything that called for a cup, and two cans for the ingredient that called for 2 cups.
