Excellent! I love this recipe. Lots of flavor and hearty. I add an extra can of rotel for a it more of a kick. I loved this recipe so much I have passed it on to my sister who also loves it too. Definitely a keeper : )

I have done this before, but might be doubling the meat in the recipe. This is a quick and easy one!

This sounds good. Going to try it soon. Question: should the cans of corn, peas and green beans be drained before adding to crock pot?

Instead of Ranch-Style beans, you can used seasoned chili beans
Rotel is Canned Tomatoes with Green chiles. If you can’t find this, you can use a can of tomatoes and a can of diced green chiles. Hope this helps y’all.

What can you use in place of “ranch style” beans? I don’t think they are available in Montana! Thanks!

My husband and I love this!!!! We use the dice tomatoes instead of stewed. Also we use the progresso minestrone soup and we took out the peas (neither of us like them) and added a can of red kidney beans and black beans. We make this at lease once a month and eat it for the whole week! so yummy!

I remember posting my “7 Can Soup” recipe on the Crockin’ Girls’ Facebook page, so this must be a tweaked version of it. In my recipe, I used diced tomatoes. Why not use those, rather than the stewed (that you have to chop yourself). Does it make a difference?

Andrea…Ranch Style Beans are found everywhere in Texas. I don’t think they’re available in every state, but if you search for them in the grocery store, they’re usually in the canned chili aisle (with other beans).

What are ranch style beans?? Are they a regional thing because I have never heard of them in NY.
