Has anyone out there done a prime rib in the slow cooker? Mine is precooked and only needs to be warmed through. I am afraid to dry out an expensive cut of meat, but think it would be very convenient to throw in the slow cooker. My slow cooker does have a temperature probe that would auto switch to warm when it got to temp. Any thoughts?
