Anje	The recipe for Red Beans and Rice specifies “4 15 oz cans of New Orleans beans”. Since I live in Washington, can I substitute regular red kidney beans?

Crockin Girls	Van Camp’s makes a New Orleans style red bean but if you cannot find them using regular kidney beans will be just fine.
