For the london broil recipe that is the in the cookbook, do I brown the meat and cut it up first before I put it in the crock? Need to start cooking this soon and wanted to know for sure before I start. Thanks!

No girl! It’s just as easy as the directions read. Sorry I didn’t see this post sooner :/ You just stick your meat in the slow cooker with the other ingredients, crock it and slice it up after it’s done cooking. Some people like to brown the meat first (and we do sometimes to seal in the flavor), but you don’t have to. Happy Crockin’!

Thanks! Now hopefully the london broil goes on sale next week…. :) Will be joining the fb party later after I watch Days Of Our Lives of couse. God I need to find a job soon too much free time on my hands…..LOL! Luv you guys! BTW, Dad really liked the Buffalo Chicken Pasta.
