HELP! Curdled cream in Ranch Chicken

Monica	Hi. I did the Ranch chicken today. I cooked it on high for 3 hours and the sour cream has curdled! Is it ok to eat? Has anyone had this happen and served it? Thanks in advance!! Monica

Crockin Girls	After you shred the chicken, mix everything together and it will be fine.
